It's no secret that repair costs continue to rise, you can sit back and hope your bike never breaks down during the warranty period, or you can act to protect your investment and your finances.

Eligibility:

By selecting this extended warranty, for any reason during the 3 year period if your engine fails you CMS will replace your engine for FREE! Providing you maintain your machine and change the oil regularly and keep documentation of your maintenance to provide upon request CMS will replace your engine and pay the labor to have the work completed. Please note this warranty is for CMS customers only and will not be transferred to outside customers.  CMS will track the term of your warranty from the date of purchase. Please fax any claims to our warranty department to initiate response. This is just another way CMS comes to the table for our customers providing support for years after the sale and not just during. This warranty is an ENGINE WARRANTY ONLY. This does not cover normal wear and tear items as stated under the standard warranty. Electrical and fuel systems on the engine are not covered.

You will need the VIN (vehicle identification number) to complete your request. The Vin is located on a tag on the frame usually under the front fenders for ATVs. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: (1) PARTS THAT ARE DAMAGED BY ABUSE, NEGLECT, OR ACCIDENT; (2)FLUIDS OR SHIPPING CHARGES; (3) LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; NOR DO REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT EXTEND THIS WARRANTY BEYOND THE DESCRIBED PERIOD FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. IF ANY CUSTOMER IS FOUND GUILTY OF ABUSE UNDER A FALSE CLAIM CMS LLC WILL PROSECUTE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
