We value your complete satisfaction.  If, within 14 days of ordering your vehicle you decide you do not want your vehicle for any reason, simply give our customer service department a call and we will arrange a return label RMA and we will refund you your money once the unit is returned. Please be sure to read all the terms of the agreement below for this. Complete the form provided and return it to our service department before the delivery of the vehicle is completed. This is our way of giving you every reason to choose us!

                                    COUNTYIMPORTS.COM RETURN POLICY AGREEMENT

  1. The vehicle under request for return must be in the original packaging and in new unaltered and in the condition it was when it arrived and not used. i.e.
  2. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Any vehicles returned without an RMA number will not be accepted under any circumstances, as we have wholesale shipping rates and will not pay shipping for you. A copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment to ensure proper refund. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
  3. Vehicle must be returned in it's original packaging within 14 calendar days from original order in new re-sellable condition. Any shipping delays on part of CMS will be considered and deducted.  
  4. This return policy does not apply to vehicles that have had alterations, abuse, negligence, accidents or have not received proper maintenance. Sales in the state of CA have different rules due to the No Cooling Off Period Law. Please research the NCO law for more information.
  5. All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your refund amount.
  6. Due to health and personal hygiene concerns, all clothing and helmets are non refundable.
  7. Customer returning the merchandise is responsible for the cost to return the merchandise. Since the customer is initiating the return for their own reasons, they must cover the cost to ship it back. PPS will however arrange the shipment for the customer at rates over 1/2 the cost of regular rates. We will allow you to compare rates to find the least expensive safe method. Please note these are large packages and the return shipping fee is a modest fee considering returns are allowed. Generally, in this industry due to size, returns are not given. In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain the rock-bottom prices we offer, our shipping expenses are not refundable nor reimbursed for any reason if returned by the customer. This fee includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.
  8. COMPLETE THE TERMS AGREEMENT and CONTACT US: 877-300-8707 ATTN: Shipping Returns. Please include your order ID with your information.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT: Under these terms, you will be in agreement by placing an order on this website and have checked the "I agree to terms of service" located during the original checkout process and can be found on your invoice. This agreement is a simple agreement. If at any point in the first 14 days of your purchase you wish to return your purchase for any reason simply fill out the form below to initiate the return. We will then note the date of request and check it against the date of purchase and contact you with return instructions. All forms are date stamped. ALL RETURNS must be in original packaging and in NEW and unused condition. In other words, please return the product as it was sent to you. If there is a mechanical defect and you have a certified mechanic verification letter on their company letterhead you may also return your purchase up to 21 days after purchase. This extra week will allow you time to gain the documents needed by a local mechanic to accompany your unit back to our warehouse. Once your bike has been received back to our warehouse we will gladly refund your purchase price minus the above noted return shipping cost.
