Please note that some units may have slight variations in color and options. Some products may have undergone slight upgrades or changes that we may be unaware of. The reason for such changes is to ensure that the vehicles meet the requirements for street legal use or for safety reasons, as deemed necessary by the manufacturers. Please note that all models require some assembly before they are ready for use. If you require us to fully assemble your vehicle, we offer this service at an additional fee. In most cases, the vehicles we sell are already 90–99% assembled.

However, for larger vehicles, the assembly may take up to four hours, and we charge an assembly fee of $350.00. We also offer shipping by car carrier for large go-karts/UTVs that we assemble. We understand that sometimes things happen, and you may need to cancel your order before it ships. However, please note that assembly fees are non-refundable in such instances. If you cancel your order after we have assembled your vehicle, restocking fees of 15% of the initial purchase price will apply.

If the method of payment was in the form of a check and the order has not shipped after 60 days for any reason, we will issue a gift card for store credit. Your gift card may be used to purchase a product of equal value. 
If you have paid with a credit card and the order hasn't been shipped within 90 days, you need to contact your bank for a refund. Your gift card may be used to purchase a product of equal value. 

Before placing an order, we kindly request that our customers conduct thorough research. It is important for them to understand that they are solely responsible for adhering to the terms of the sales agreement. If, for any reason, the buyer cancels or declines an order that has shipped, a restock fee of 25% will be charged. Additionally, the buyer will be responsible for bearing all the costs associated with shipping the product back. Please note that this fee is non-refundable. However, it is necessary for us to maintain our commitment to providing customers with low prices and excellent live support. 
 

It must be understood that this is a price-driven site, and color options/schemes may change slightly. We must collect two (2) separate color choices from you at the time of sale. If your color of choice is not in stock, we will contact you to offer the alternative color you chose. If we cannot reach you, you will receive one of the two colors you select. By shopping online, you assume the responsibility for this. If your model arrives with a different color or accessory, we will attempt to resolve this for you. However, the final word will be from the MFG directly.

We appreciate your wholesale shopping business and ask you to consider this information before placing an order. Our primary goal is to deliver the most affordable means of fun and transportation to you. Slight variations in options can happen and do occur. 1) We ship all products from a warehouse setting. For best service, we may ship from our warehouse or directly from the manufacturer's warehouse in one of several locations in the USA. On average, shipping takes an estimated arrival time of 5–15 business days. This does not include weekends, but can take up to 28 business days in the peak summer months, holidays, or tax season.  

Countyimports.com will forward your tracking number after it has been placed on a shipping truck for delivery. Please note that the shipping container is cardboard and steel framing and may have tears on the cardboard box, but the steel crate will protect the contents inside. 

As you will see, the insides are tightly packed, protected, and well-stored. Accept the order within reason, and as a precaution, please note any visible damages either on the box or the product on the BOL (Freight Bill) when you sign for your package. Once you have it assembled, if you notice anything missing or damaged, file an online warranty_claims_form and we will work on getting the needed parts. 

Suppose the safety and integrity of the machine has been compromised by shipping damage. In that case, we ask you to make sure the delivery driver makes notes on the Bill of Lading delivery slip and gives you a copy that documents the shipping damages. If the vehicle has been damaged beyond repair, please decline the shipment and fax us a copy at (619) 312-6181 and we will send a replacement. If it is a part or parts, it typically takes 5–21 business days to receive and may take longer if we order a part from the factory. 

If you purchased insurance, we would not require you to wait for the arrival of the damaged machine for inspection. If you did not purchase shipping insurance, you must wait 1-2 weeks for a visual inspection of the damaged item before shipping your replacement. Nearly all shipments arrive completely undamaged.

2) Due to the high volume of orders and expedited processing, Countyimports.com provides, payment and shipping will be processed as fast as possible to deliver your vehicle in a decent amount of time. Although most of our processing and shipment takes five business days, there are times orders can take up to three weeks to arrive. We can only work as fast as our warehouses. Suppose the item you originally purchased is out of stock. In that case, we will offer an optional item at equal or greater value as our commitment to excellent customer service demands. If the customer declines the changes and the payment has been processed, the customer will not be responsible for any restocking fees. If the order is in the ready to ship category, there will be a 20% restocking fee. If the order has been completed and the customer cancels, there will be a 25% restocking fee. 

In no event will COUUNTYIMPORTS.COM be liable for shipping damages, missing or lost by the shipping company, lost revenue, lost wages, lost savings, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising from this purchase, use, or inability to use the product.

Countyimports.com/DAYSTAR Power sports is not responsible for any damages arising from misuse, natural or personal disasters, or any repair or modification not done by Countyimports.com.

3) We have technicians on staff to assist you with any issues that you may have with your product. Please remember that you are purchasing your item wholesale, and because we are not physically on location with you, you will need to be our eyes and hands to walk you through any warranty or technical issues and have patience. Suppose we cannot resolve mechanical issues over the phone or through email. In that case, the customer will need to take the unit to a certified mechanic for diagnosis.

Please remember that, because of the low cost of our product, we include the parts in your warranty, but the labor is not. If there is a significant issue, we will work with you to correct your needs.

4) Please understand that laws in every state are different. Make sure you research and understand the laws in your state regarding your purchase. Countyimports.com Supplies a safety page that we strongly urge you to read before making your purchase. Make sure to consult your local DMV and state regulations to determine the requirements for using your purchase on public or private lands. Some go karts may have green or red stickers, or both, for California residents, as indicated on our website. Registration is the responsibility of the purchaser. The process will be simplified by contacting your local DMV with your VIN and TITLE/MSO. We can assist you with any questions.

PARTS RETURNS POLICY
You are responsible for the freight charge associated with this return. Please do not send the product back to us under "Freight Collect." We will refuse the shipment, and the carrier will return it to you. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The refund does not include the original shipping charge, if any.

ATV, UTV, MOPED, SCOOTER, DIRTBIKE, GO KART MOTORCYCLE RETURN POLICY:

If you are claiming your vehicle is defective, a certified technician must inspect it, stating the defects on his letterhead. If there are any defects or missing parts, they will be covered for the first 30 days or 100 miles, and after that, the warranty will take effect automatically. There are absolutely no refunds for any fueled items or used items, regardless of damage or performance. All sales are FINAL! Any unauthorized packages returned without a valid RMA number written on the exterior packaging will be declined and sent back to the customer. Freight collect or   COD packages will not be accepted. Additionally, there is no refund for Vehicles ordered and shipped
